School Groups aboard Schooner Freedom

Trips for school groups are typically 1 hour

Trips must be scheduled around regularly scheduled departures

Minimum number of students must be 15

Maximum occupancy is 49 persons

Larger groups can be accomodated via multiple trips

Students assist the crew in raising and setting the sails, hauling lines,

sailing the vessel, and more depending on conditions.

Trip includes:

-Freedom crew in period Naval dress (varies)

-Cannon demonstration ( not during the week)

-Traditional sailing instruction

-St. Augustine Maritime heritage

*School trips do not include regular trip amenities*
